The Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz, built between 1765 and 1800 by Prince Leopold III Friedrich Franz von Anhalt-Dessau (1740-1817) based on philosophical principles of the Age of the Enlightenment, consists of the castles, parks and english gardens of Wörlitz, Oranienbaum, Luisium and Mosigkau.
