The Museuminsel is a group of five museums located on the Spreeinsel
(island on the River Spree) in the center of Berlin.
These five museums are the Altes Museum (1828), Neues Museum (1847), Nationalgalerie (1866), Bodemuseum (1904)
and Pergamonmuseum (1930).
The museums contain mainly objects of art from Ancients Cultures from Greece, Rome, Egypt and
the Near East.
