Megalithic Temples Ggantija, Gozo, Malta

The Temples of Malta were built during the Copper Age, between 3600 and 2500 BC, by an advanced and remarkable society who has disappeared from the islands, and are found on the islands of Malta and Gozo. Inside the temples artefacts like pottery, tools, ornaments as well as statues were found, currently displayed in a museum.
